- You will be directed to the draw site locater page.
- Enter your zip code for the nearest lab service.
Make an appointment or simply walk into the lab. Use your major insurance card. If you are asked for a credit card, please decline. Your lab benefit is fully covered. You have no financial responsibility. Your lab study will not affect your deductible, coinsurance, or copay responsibility. Your Health Fund has provided free lab benefit for you and your family.
